What is it? Spirit of Women is about motivating and inspiring women to make positive changes in their lives -- mind, body and spirit. Spirit of Women brings together traditional women's health services at Cleveland Regional Medical Center with a focus on living a healthier lifestyle, preventative care and activities designed to celebrate the Spirit of Women.

Who has it? We all have it. It's being with our families. It's taking care of ourselves. It's what we accomplish in our work. It's in our homes, our hearts, and in our laughter.
