CRMC WOMEN'S LIFE CENTER

Health and Wellness for the Mature Woman
While mature women share many of the same health concerns as women of all ages, it is also true that particular conditions, such as heart disease, strokes and some forms of cancer, affect mature women more frequently. Life-long health is enhanced through education on healthy behaviors, nutrition and exercise, and self-esteem development. It is also crucial for women to understand how their bodies will change over time. Fortunately, there is much that can be done both to prevent and treat conditions that target mature women. At the Women's Life Center you'll learn about preventative measures such as flu and pneumonia shots, maintaining a proper diet, exercise and supervised strength training, and other effective methods to establish an active and healthy lifestyle. Make the most of a unique woman - you.
